I gave my blog the title, "Mean Mommy" because sometimes when I tell my children "just the way it is", I feel like I am being MEAN, but in reality I am teaching them how to understand and better cope with life. That being said, I always encourage them to be positive and hopeful, look at their challenges with an open mind and to always DREAM. I am interested in hearing from other Mom's who solve their daily problems in a unique way and add laughter to their lives.

I love the blog and you really do have too much time on your hands! I agree with you and the "Mean Mommy" thing. I think my 11 yr old son is starting to talk back but under his breath. I know very shortly he won't be holding back and I'll hear those horrible words "you're mean and I hate you! I'm not looking forward to those days! Keep blogging!
